Common issues
I cannot log in
- Make sure you are using the correct email address
- Try resetting your password using the "Forgot password" link
- Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again

My listing is not showing in search results
- Check that your listing status is set to "Published" in your dashboard
- Check whether the listing is still marked as "Pending approval"
- Make sure all required fields are filled in
- Newly approved listings may take a few moments to appear in search results
I am not receiving email notifications
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Make sure your email address in your profile settings is correct
- Add Camoza to your email contacts or safe sender list
Photos are not uploading
- Check that your images are in a supported format (JPEG, PNG, WebP)
- Make sure each file is under the maximum size limit
- Try uploading one photo at a time if batch uploads fail
- Use a stable internet connection
The website looks broken on my device
- Try clearing your browser cache
- Make sure your browser is up to date
- Disable any browser extensions that might interfere with the site
- Try a different browser
