Troubleshooting

Common issues

I cannot log in

  • Make sure you are using the correct email address
  • Try resetting your password using the "Forgot password" link
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again
  • If the problem persists, contact us through the contact page

My listing is not showing in search results

  • Check that your listing status is set to "Published" in your dashboard
  • Check whether the listing is still marked as "Pending approval"
  • Make sure all required fields are filled in
  • Newly approved listings may take a few moments to appear in search results

I am not receiving email notifications

  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Make sure your email address in your profile settings is correct
  • Add Camoza to your email contacts or safe sender list

Photos are not uploading

  • Check that your images are in a supported format (JPEG, PNG, WebP)
  • Make sure each file is under the maximum size limit
  • Try uploading one photo at a time if batch uploads fail
  • Use a stable internet connection

The website looks broken on my device

  • Try clearing your browser cache
  • Make sure your browser is up to date
  • Disable any browser extensions that might interfere with the site
  • Try a different browser
