Your Camoza dashboard is the control centre for managing your adverts, checking approval status, responding to buyers and tracking interest.

Your dashboard

The seller dashboard gives you an overview of:

• Active listings: All your currently published vehicles
• Pending approval: Listings that are waiting for review before they appear publicly
• Messages: Conversations with interested buyers
• Statistics: Views for each listing

Editing a listing

You can update any part of your listing at any time:

• Change the price if you want to adjust your asking amount
• Add or remove photos as you take better ones or fix issues
• Update the description with new information (recent service, new tyres, etc.)
• Change the vehicle's status when it is sold or temporarily unavailable

To edit, go to your dashboard, find the listing and click "Edit".

Private listings only need approval when they are first created. After approval, later edits stay approved unless Camoza contacts you about a specific issue.

Approval status

• Pending approval: The listing is saved in your account but is not visible on the public website yet.
• Approved: The listing can appear publicly whenever it is published.

When a listing is approved, Camoza sends you an email with a direct link to the live page.

Responding to messages

When a buyer contacts you through Camoza, you receive a notification. Quick and helpful responses make a significant difference:

• Reply within 24 hours: Buyers often contact multiple sellers. A fast reply keeps you in the conversation.
• Be helpful: Answer questions fully and offer additional photos or information if asked.
• Be honest: If there is something wrong with the vehicle, say so upfront. It saves everyone time.

Marking as sold

When your vehicle sells, mark the listing as sold from your dashboard. This:

• Removes the listing from active search results
• Lets other interested buyers know the vehicle is no longer available
• Keeps your dashboard clean and organised

Relisting

If a sale falls through, you can republish the listing from your dashboard without recreating it from scratch.

• Price competitively by checking similar listings on Camoza
• Keep your listing fresh with updated photos and description
• Respond to every enquiry, even if it is just to say the vehicle is still available
• Share your Camoza listing link on social media for extra visibility
