Your Camoza dashboard is the control centre for managing your adverts, checking approval status, responding to interested people and tracking interest.
Your dashboard
The seller dashboard gives you an overview of:
- Active listings: All your currently published vehicles
- Pending approval: Listings that are waiting for review before they appear publicly
- Messages: Conversations with interested buyers or renters
- Statistics: Views for each listing
Editing a listing
You can update any part of your listing at any time:
- Change the sale price or rental rate
- Add or remove photos as you take better ones or fix issues
- Update the description with new information
- Adjust specifications or included equipment
- Change the vehicle's status when it is sold or rented
To edit, go to your dashboard, find the listing and click Edit.
Private listings only need approval when they are first created. After approval, later edits stay approved unless Camoza contacts you about a specific issue.
Approval status
- Pending approval: The listing is saved in your account but is not visible on the public website yet.
- Approved: The listing can appear publicly whenever it is published.
When a listing is approved, Camoza sends you an email with a direct link to the live page.
Responding to messages
When someone contacts you through Camoza, you receive a notification. Quick and helpful responses make a significant difference:
- Reply within 24 hours: Serious buyers and renters often compare multiple vehicles.
- Be helpful: Answer questions fully and offer additional photos or information if asked.
- Be honest: If there is something important to know about the vehicle, say so upfront.
Marking as sold or rented
When a vehicle is no longer available, update the listing status from your dashboard. This:
- Removes the listing from active public search results
- Lets other people know the vehicle is no longer available
- Keeps your dashboard clean and organised
Republishing
If a sale falls through or the vehicle becomes available to rent again, you can edit and republish the listing without recreating it from scratch.

- Price or rate competitively by checking similar listings on Camoza
- Keep your listing fresh with updated photos and description
- Respond to every enquiry, even if it is just to confirm availability
- Share your Camoza listing link on social media for extra visibility
