These terms govern your use of the Camoza marketplace platform. By accessing or using Camoza, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About the platform
Camoza is an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of mobilhomes, campervans, caravans and buscampers. Camoza facilitates the listing and discovery of travel vehicles but does not participate in transactions between users.
2. Account registration
To use certain features of Camoza (publishing listings, publishing blog posts, messaging, saving favourites), you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Keep your account credentials secure
- Not share your account with others
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
3. Listing and blog content rules
When creating listings, blog posts, profile information or other public content on Camoza, you agree that:
- You are the legal owner of the vehicle or are authorised to sell it
- All information provided is accurate, truthful and not misleading
- Photos are genuine representations of the actual vehicle
- You will update or remove listings promptly when a vehicle is sold or no longer available
- You will not publish blog posts, profile details or other content for spam, fraud, impersonation or any unlawful purpose
- You understand that public blog posts and public author pages may be reviewed and approved by Camoza before becoming visible
- You remain responsible for the legality, accuracy and rights clearance of all text and images you upload
4. Prohibited conduct
Users of Camoza must not:
- Post false, misleading or deceptive listings
- Post false, misleading or deceptive blog posts or profile information
- Harass, threaten or abuse other users
- Attempt to circumvent the platform's security measures
- Use automated tools to scrape data or create accounts
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
5. Transactions between users
Camoza connects buyers and sellers but is not a party to any transaction. We do not:
- Guarantee the quality, safety or legality of listed vehicles
- Verify the identity or credentials of users
- Process payments or hold funds in escrow
- Mediate disputes between buyers and sellers
Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any agreement.
6. Intellectual property
All content, design, and functionality of the Camoza platform is owned by Camoza and protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of content they upload (such as photos, listing descriptions, blog post text and captions) but grant Camoza a licence to display, moderate and organise this content on the platform, including on public blog pages and public author pages.
7. Limitation of liability
Camoza provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of user-generated content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Camoza is not liable for:
- Losses arising from transactions between users
- Inaccurate or misleading information in listings, blog posts or other user-generated content
- Technical issues or service interruptions
- Any indirect, consequential or special damages

8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use of Camoza after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
