These terms govern your use of the Camoza marketplace platform. By accessing or using Camoza, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About the platform

Camoza is an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of mobilhomes, campervans, caravans and buscampers. Camoza facilitates the listing and discovery of travel vehicles but does not participate in transactions between users.

2. Account registration

To use certain features of Camoza (publishing listings, messaging, saving favourites), you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Not share your account with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access

3. Listing rules

When creating a listing on Camoza, you agree that:

• You are the legal owner of the vehicle or are authorised to sell it
• All information provided is accurate, truthful and not misleading
• Photos are genuine representations of the actual vehicle
• You will update or remove listings promptly when a vehicle is sold or no longer available
• You will not use listings for spam, fraud or any unlawful purpose

4. Prohibited conduct

Users of Camoza must not:

• Post false, misleading or deceptive listings
• Harass, threaten or abuse other users
• Attempt to circumvent the platform's security measures
• Use automated tools to scrape data or create accounts
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Transactions between users

Camoza connects buyers and sellers but is not a party to any transaction. We do not:

• Guarantee the quality, safety or legality of listed vehicles
• Verify the identity or credentials of users
• Process payments or hold funds in escrow
• Mediate disputes between buyers and sellers

Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any agreement.

6. Intellectual property

All content, design, and functionality of the Camoza platform is owned by Camoza and protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of content they upload (photos, descriptions) but grant Camoza a licence to display this content on the platform.

7. Limitation of liability

Camoza provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of user-generated content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Camoza is not liable for:

• Losses arising from transactions between users
• Inaccurate or misleading information in listings
• Technical issues or service interruptions
• Any indirect, consequential or special damages

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
