Favourites and Messages

Camoza gives you tools to organise your vehicle search and communicate with sellers directly through the platform.

Favourites

Saving a vehicle

When browsing listings, click the heart icon on any vehicle card or listing page to save it to your favourites. You need to be logged in to use this feature.

Managing favourites

Access your saved vehicles from your account dashboard under "Favourites". From here you can:

  • Review all saved listings in one place
  • Remove vehicles you are no longer interested in
  • See if a saved listing has been updated or sold

Why use favourites

  • Compare at your pace: Save interesting listings now, compare them later when you have time to think.
  • Track availability: If a saved listing is marked as sold, you will know the vehicle is no longer available.
  • Stay organised: Instead of bookmarking browser tabs, keep everything in one dashboard.

Messages

Starting a conversation

From any listing page, use the contact form to send a message to the seller. Your message goes to their Camoza inbox and they receive a notification.

Managing conversations

Your message inbox is available from your account dashboard under "Messages". Each conversation is threaded by listing, so you can easily track which vehicle you discussed with which seller.

Notifications

Camoza sends email notifications when you receive a new message, so you never miss a reply from a buyer or seller. These notification emails use the language you last used on Camoza.

Tips for effective messaging

  • Be specific about which vehicle you are enquiring about
  • Ask focused questions rather than general ones
  • Include your availability if you want to arrange a viewing
  • Reply promptly to keep the conversation moving
